Our client relationships are essentially based on resolving very private and often sensitive problems. First and foremost we offer an unfailing degree of discretion and privacy to all with whom we work. Indeed, unless there is an absolute need to know, our operatives and staff do not know the identity of the persons they are representing.

Responsive

We are available to offer strategic advice to existing or prospective clients 24/7.
International time zones mean we are often working with partners and clients late into the night or early in the morning. If we are not ideally placed to resolve the problem we will say so, without charge and further inconvenience to you. If we can refer you to another professional more suitably equipped to assist, we will do so.

Independent

Our guidance is entirely independent and impartial, and we are not allied in any way to outside organisations for the products and services we offer. We believe this has to be to the benefit of the client.

Expert

As clients are entitled to expect, every professional associated with DeFacto International is highly skilled, experienced and thoroughly vetted. They are selected for their interpersonal skills to encourage good working relationships with clients. Because of the need for complete discretion, and indeed secrecy, we recognise the importance of an informative and positive rapport between client and security or investigation personnel. Any issues are thus more easily and quickly resolved if the line of communications between us is clear, well thought through and, we trust, cordial.
