Surveillance is not a panacea for every investigation. It is a tool that may or may not be appropriate to a given investigation. DeFacto International will ensure that surveillance is only deployed to meet a specific objective and thus ensure that resources are applied cost effectively and not squandered on an emotive or random trawl for information.

Detailed records, to evidential standards, are retained and are presented in accordance with the requirements of legislation such as the Police and Criminal Evidence Act and the Data Protection Act.
